Formerly known as Sol y Luna, these twin towers in Tucson were part of a history-making acquisition by Vesper Holdings—one of the largest single-asset deals in student housing history.

Together with the CLS team, we helped reposition the properties through brand strategy, design direction, and amenity experience development to speak to today’s students and set a new standard for luxury living near the University of Arizona.

From positioning and messaging to visuals and vibe, this was a full-spectrum transformation—and we’re honored to have played a part in this stunning revival.
