Together Agency ("Together", "we") runs this website, gotogether.agency. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

Contact form. When you use the form on our Contact page, we receive what you type: your name, email address, company and a description of your project. The form is provided by Typeform.

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we keep your email address so we can send you the newsletter. The list is managed by Mailchimp. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, which buttons and links are clicked, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location derived from your connection. Google Analytics does not store your IP address, and we do not use it for advertising.

Hosting logs. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart. The Typeform and Mailchimp embeds may set their own cookies when you use them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.

How we use it

To reply to you, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers named on this page, who process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for our records afterwards. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email we@gotogether.agency and we will respond within 30 days. To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, Google offers a browser add-on.

Changes

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
